However, please confirm that the metal brackets are firmly tightened to your Keppus embroidery machine. Additionally, using the correct stabilizer is essential. For dense designs on slick fabrics, place a non-slip liner between the hoop layers to enhance stability and grip.
Which hoop size is best for embroidering t-shirt logos?
For standard left-chest t-shirt logos on machines like the Keppus KP1201SS, a 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm) magnetic embroidery frame provides perfect positioning and control. If you plan full-front graphics on shirts or sweatshirts, consider larger options such as 10″ × 10″ (254 × 254 mm) to give your embroidery machine wider coverage and maintain even fabric tension.
What should I do if I notice fabric slipping during the embroidery process?
Fabric movement may occur when stabilizer strength is insufficient for the chosen stitch density. Verify that you are using the appropriate backing.
