The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop should be hand-tightened until snug. If any parts feel loose, use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the embroidery machine itself. Avoid over-tightening, as it may strain the bracket or affect magnetic alignment on your ZSK embroidery machine.
What material is the frame itself made of? Is it durable and resistant to warping?

Owning multiple embroidery machine hoop sizes increases versatility and workflow efficiency across different fabric types and project scales.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
Needle strikes usually occur when the hoop size selected in the ZSK software is larger than the actual sewing field or when the embroidery design exceeds the hoop’s boundary. To avoid this, always select the proper or smaller hoop size for your machine and perform a trace test before starting. Correct setup ensures smooth operation of your magnetic hoop.
