How should I tighten the bracket connecting the frame to my machine properly?
If the bracket on your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop feels loose, first confirm it’s aligned with your VIDYA machine’s arm. Hand-tighten the screws to ensure a snug connection between the bracket and the frame body, not the machine head itself. Use a screwdriver only to gently secure the screws—avoid over-tightening, which could stress the metal bracket threads. This keeps your magnetic embroidery frame stable and vibration-free during use.
