- How long does it take to receive my order?

FAQs
The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop should be hand-tightened first to ensure alignment. If they remain loose, use a screwdriver to gently secure the screws connecting the brackets to the hoop frame, not the machine body. Do not over-tighten, as excessive force can distort alignment or affect the magnetic embroidery hoop’s stability.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually occurs when the embroidery software hoop selection is larger than your MaggieFrame magnetic hoops actual sewing field or the design itself exceeds allowable limits. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size within your CHOICE machine settings and run a trace function before stitching to ensure your pattern fits securely within the embroidery frame limits.
