- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Compared to my machine's original round hoop, what are the advantages of using this square magnetic frame for logos?

Ensure the bracket is firmly attached to the frame before installing it on your WONYO embroidery machine, such as WY1204 or WY1506C. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damaging the metal bracket or magnetic frame components.
