When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
Both methods can work with the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for LEJIA embroidery machines. For most fabrics, it’s recommended to sandwich the stabilizer together with the fabric inside the magnetic embroidery hoop to create even tension. However, for thicker or irregular garments, you can float the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame, which helps avoid hoop marks while maintaining smooth stitching.
Are the top and bottom parts of the magnetic frame symmetrical, or do they have a specific orientation?
The top and bottom parts of the MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop are not identical; they are designed to align precisely. Both frames contain magnets arranged in a matched layout, ensuring the magnetic hoops lock securely and evenly. Correct orientation allows for quick setup and perfect alignment on LEJIA models such as LJ-1201 and LJ-1501, preventing slippage during embroidery.
Compared to my machine’s original round hoop, what are the advantages of using this square magnetic frame for logos?
