- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
No. The magnets in the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame are completely safe for your Hooray embroidery machine. As long as you don't store the hoop directly next to the computer section or control board, the magnetic field will not interfere with the machine’s electronics. In normal operation, they are 100% safe and fully compatible for everyday industrial embroidery use.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This occurs when the selected hoop size in your Hooray machine software is larger than the actual sewing field of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, or the embroidery design exceeds the frame’s area. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size in your design settings and perform a trace test before stitching. This ensures your needle won’t strike the edge of the magnetic frame.
What exactly is included in the box with this MaggieFrame magnetic hoop?
The box includes: one magnetic top frame, one flat bottom frame, and one pair of machine-specific metal brackets for your Hooray model. It also comes with a set of screws and a screwdriver for quick assembly.
